…I have found that during these times of deep upheaval that one is given an opportunity to tap into an inner resilience beyond understanding…

…true to form, we see the dolphins. More than one could count. Grabbing the paddleboards, and running into the ocean, the glorious experience began.

Now, no two ways about it, LIFE IS CHALLENGING at times, and for

seasons. But WHAT IF we had agency to assist our nervous system,

our brain, our cognitive functioning, and that what could contribute to

bringing more ease (not removal) of pain….was PLAY!

The mom told me she was fine after 2 weeks, and that she had no residual issues. Now I was skeptical, but true to form – the girl showed up and had no side effects…

…about 10 minutes before everyone began to arrive I was putting tea on, and may have started feeling fussy. I had bent over and stood up quickly to find my freshly washed hair fully entangled with a fly tape.

Can another make one feel complete... Or have we been fed a story that keeps us looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?
