This session will begin to answer the following questions and more:
Why is it hard for me to be in large crowds? Why do I feel such anger at times? Am I depressed? Why is it hard for me to feel emotions? How do I not take on everyone’s stuff? Do you get drained being with people? What is the difference between emotional energy and an emotional response?
Our Emotional System is the most misunderstood processing system in the body. In this session we will learn techniques to process/release energy within the emotional system. You will begin to understand the importance of processing/releasing versus numbing/ignoring or stuffing.
In the session we will also learn and become aware of feeling OTHERS emotions thru hands on exercises. Also, we will begin to understand how to separate and become clear on what is our emotion versus what is others.
Finally, we will learn how to release and clear another’s emotions. Not needing to protect self from other, as we are all one, but to release that which doesn’t serve our systems.
